We offer two rooms in Bed & Breakfast located in our pleasant 130m² apartment on the 5th and last floor (Elevator) of a "Haussmann" building built in 1871. You can also enjoy a large 80m² tree-lined terrace, offering a panoramic view of all the monuments of Paris.  

 

Both bedrooms are private. You will only share the apartment with us and will have your own keys.

The price includes: breakfast, sheets, towels, TV, electricity, entry cleaning, final cleaning, wifi Internet access and all taxes.

The first bedroom contains a double bed (140 cm), TV, balcony, private toilet with sink.

The second bedroom has a bed (90 cm), a TV, a desk.

 

There is also a large bathroom with shower, a large living room and a kitchen in common.

The apartment is located in the center of the capital, near Place de la République and the Canal Saint-Martin. Most of the tourist sites are within walking distance, the 5 metro lines and the 6 bus lines nearby, as well as the self-service bicycle service (at €1.70 per day or €5 for 7 days) ensure rapid travel throughout Paris.
