Your 15m² studio is on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard (quiet and planted with trees) of a "Haussmannian" building dating from 1871.

In this small studio you will find a double bed (140 cm), TV, WiFi, toilets with shower and washbasin, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a hob and a small private courtyard with table and chair of garden.

You will be there alone.

The apartment is in the center of Paris near the Place de la République and the Canal Saint-Martin. The majority of tourist sites are within walking distance, the 5 metro lines and the 6 bus lines nearby as well as the self-service bicycle service (at €1.70 per day or €5 for 7 days ) ensure you fast travel throughout Paris.
