The apartment is a 38m² duplex, it is located on the second floor (no lift) of a small building in a typical Parisian courtyard, quiet and wooded.

- on the main floor: a kitchen, a living room with TV, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.

- on the upper floor, a toilet, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a bed for 2 people.

​

- a bed for 1 person (optional).

The equipped kitchen allows you to live at home and cook.

The apartment is bright and quiet, although in the center of Paris, near the Place de la République and the Canal Saint-Martin. 

 

The majority of tourist sites are within walking distance, the 5 metro lines and the 6 bus lines nearby as well as the self-service bicycle service (at €1.70 per day or €5 for 7 days ) ensure you fast travel throughout Paris.
